Grainne
The main woman behind My Business Collective
Grainne is a former lawyer and compliance extraordinare turned business coach for small business owners.
Back in her "previous life" (a.k.a. the corporate world), Grainne was a workaholic lawyer and corporate law whiz. She climbed the ladder faster than you can say "ice long black," even landing a leadership role at a multi-billion dollar casino. But let's be honest, who needs a fancy title when you can build your own empire?
Feeling a desire for more meaning and freedom, Grainne decided to ditch the corporate ladder and create a life on her own terms. And just like that, in 2020, she started GMC Biz. In 2023, recognizing the need to provide more comprehensive support to her clients, she expanded her services to include digital marketing.
Throughout 2024, the business grew and expanded like wildfire! The GMC Biz team quickly expanded to 9 incredible women, each bringing their unique talents and fierce ambition to the table.
At the end of 2024, Grainne recognized that the business was on a trajectory and needed a new name and look to reflect this exciting new stage. Ergo, My Business Collective came to life!
Grainne's role in MBC is to manage our team of kick-ass ladies, support projects, and provide expert business advice to our incredible clients.
