Getting Started

After being onboarded we will jump on a strategy call to discuss your needs and expectations. We will then provide you with project road map that outlines how we will work together and what we will achieve.
Setting Your Direction

Our first objective is to confirm you are happy with the road map and set deadlines. We will then develop the business plan, and strategy plan which will be the basis for your personalised business advisory sessions.
Session Follow-Up

After your business advisory sessions, your project management tool will be updated with tasks to complete. Detailed notes from the session will also be provided within 48 hours.
Preparation for Your First Session

Each week you will not only see progress in your business and skill development but you will also be provided with tangible items (depending on your business goals and needs) to show that you are making major changes in your business (e.g. maybe new branding, website or systems overhaul).
